"I've been looking for something like ClickUp for over a year and had almost given up. Was planning to take a lot of time to make something in Sharepoint. I've tried/looked into Asana, Wrike, Todoist, and what-not, but they have all come too short for different reasons (pricing, minimum users, functionality, GUI, ...) I'm am so happy to finally have found something I can use! Not only can I use ClickUp for case management, but also for CRM, administration and more. Love the customization features - columns, fields and templates. The free plan is amazing (wouldn't mind paying $ 2-3 a month for it), but I might upgrade for 2FA and more permission settings. Very happy your price plans don't have a minimum number of users, like some others. Thank you for making a great product!"
